Early years apprentice

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our pre-school family.  To support and provide a safe, welcoming environment where children learn through play. If you enjoy being outside and getting messy, come and explore with us. Training offered in forest school and SENCO roles.

Training:

Level 3 Early Years Educator standard.

Apprentices must successfully complete a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. Please refer to the DfE list of approved EYE qualifications:

Apprentices without either Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking their end point assessment. For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement.

Apprentices must successfully complete a paediatric first aid qualification in line with the requirements of the EYFS Framework (Annex A): Early years foundation stage (EYFS) statutory framework - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk).

You will be required to complete Functional Skills mathematics and English (where applicable), Employment Rights and Responsibilities and British Values.

Location: South Gloucestershire and Stroud College - Filton Campus, Filton Avenue, Filton,Bristol, BS34 7AT

Duration: 18-24 months.

Training Outcome:

With the successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time premanent position will be offered, if one is available at the time.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday approx 35 hours per week hours between 7:30am-6pm Attend college 1 day per week at our Filton Campus
