Business Administration Apprenticeship (Recruitment) - London

Your responsibilities will include;

 Actioning emails – Email comes in acknowledgment to the customer/supplier etc that you are dealing with the email in a timely manner Manage and co-ordinate the use of multiple third parties NHS booking, administrative and payment system Uploading bookings, candidate documentation, rates, and timesheets Handle timesheet and pay queries from our contractors, taking ownership and following through to a resolution Work with our clients & sales team to ensure the correct billing of our invoices via these third-party portals Becoming the “go-to” expert in the company and training and developing the sales team on your role and responsibilities Maintain and build professional relationships with our clients and sales team Any conversations with customers should always be backed up with an email to cover us

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.

This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3.
