Customer Service Apprentice - The Garage Willenhall
Taking care of administrative tasks such as filing, printing, writing letters and corresponding with emails
Processing and inpuuting ordes, MOTs
Quotations to customers via email and telephone calls
Answering the phone and booking customers in.
Dealing with customer queries
Building a good rapport with customers
Keeping and maintaining accurate and organised records
Dealing with invoices and assisting with book keeping.
Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
Functional Skills English and Maths to level 2 if required.
20% off the job training
Allocated at the company no day release.
Training Outcome:
A full-time position within the company.

We work on vehicles of all makes, models and sizes – petrol, diesel and electric. Our workshops are fully equipped with state of the art diagnostic equipment and we employ qualified technicians and diagnostic specialists. We are a DVSA approved MOT testing centre authorised to inspect vehicle classes 4 and 7. We are also approved by Wolverhampton City council to inspect Taxis.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5:30pm.
