Apprentice Business Administrator

You will receive training to:

Progress new mortgage applications to offer Use pre-defined standards & service level agreements Monitor proactive case progression & customer service communication by telephone, email, & letters Ensure a high accuracy level for data entry & ongoing record keeping Ensure workload is actioned within set SLA, whilst recording case progression Review & validate mortgage supporting documentation Provide support to the processing team

Training:

Workplace training and learning, together with weekly college attendance at our Lowestoft Campus on Wednesdays.

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.



Training Outcome:

Providing you successfully complete your apprenticeship - you will continue your employment with us.

Following completion of a qualifying period, a company pension scheme is available and you will be entitled to 20 days paid annual leave per year (plus bank holidays).
