Data Administration Apprentice

Respond promptly and courteously to telephone calls and emails related to customer support, as well as the processing of new business leads and opportunities. Log client service-related activities to ensure a comprehensive record of interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and database applications. Analyse data and market trends to contribute valuable insights. Conduct research, actively contributing to the company's overall outputs. Assist in digital document management and scanning activities. Support marketing and brand awareness initiatives, including the development and delivery of key seasonal client campaigns. Assisting in HR recruitment processes, including preparing job posts, screening and interviewing candidates Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to compile weekly KPIs. Provide feedback on office efficiency and suggest potential improvements.

Training:

Expected Apprenticeship Duration: 14 months + 3 months EPA to gain the Data Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification.

Training will be typically 1 day a week, and will be a blend of eLearning and classroom training based on:

CompTIA Data+ CompTIA/TestOut Pro Certified Microsoft Excel Microsoft Power BI Training Biweekly classes (length 3 hours) alternating between Data+ and Excel/Power BI (NB: Exams optional).
