Business Administration Apprentice

·        Answering the phone to clients

·        Calling clients to arrange record collection

·        Calling clients to who have overdue invoices

·        Handling visitors to the office (i.e greeting them and offering drinks)

·        Scanning of post and distributing occasionally

·        Scanning of files

·        Invoicing

·        Database maintenance

·        Occasional bookkeeping work



Training:

Remote training via Team/Zoom calls and a system called OneFile

1 day/6 hours per week



Training Outcome:

Potential full-time permanent role available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Progression opportunities in the future if interested in learning more about the finance side of the business

Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm
