IT Helpdesk Print Engineer Apprentice

Provide IT help desk support for customers and engineers by diagnosing and resolving print, scan and software issues Assist with on-site installation of hardware when and where necessary Undertake the update or installation of software for existing and new equipment Undertake project work that will support business efficiency and effectiveness Install and support MPS systems used by KRL

Training:

Advanced Level Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician consisting of:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session at the Training Centre per week where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that are required, alongside enhancing your IT knowledge and capabilities. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship.

Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
