Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship - Oasis Warndon

To deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years. To ensure that the preschool nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others. To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development. Your day to day duties will include:

Operate a programme of activities suitable to the age range of children in your area in conjunction with other staff Record accidents in the accident book Ensure each child is collected by someone known to the setting To actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring Setting policies and procedures are observed at all times To develop your role within the team especially with regard as a key worker Support all staff and engage in a good staff team Operate a programme of activities suitable to the age range of children in your area in conjunction with other staff Record accidents in the accident book Ensure each child is collected by someone known to Setting To actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring Setting policies and procedures are observed at all times To develop your role within the team especially with regard as a key worker Support all staff and engage in a good staff team Support the children with their physical care routines, e.g. nappy changing, toilet training, snack and mealtimes, etc. Working with children who have special educational needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Training:
Apprenticeship Details – 19 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship. (All learning is delivered online/ remote).  Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider)

Training Outcome:
Pass of a level 3 qualification and potentially a full time role within childcare

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday (shifts to be confirmed).
