Duties will include:
Answering the telephones and assisting customers with a broad range of enquiries Sending emails to customers / suppliers Updating database and online ordering system regularly Updating website regularly with product and price changes Answering online enquiries in a timely and highly professional manner Processing new customer orders received for invoicing Assisting management team with compiling of information for reports Filing Photocopying Scanning DocumentsTraining:
