Maintain and develop existing and new relationships with customers
Negotiate Projects and secure the Sale
Take and undertake calls from customers
Communicate with other members of the team and other departments
Organise and file specific Paperwork
Print and distribute internal communication and paperwork.
Set up New Customers within the company computer system
Log and manage conversations within the one diary system
Training:
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
Functional Skills maths and English (if required)
Work-based learning
Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date
Training Outcome:
Progression onto full time employment
Employer Description:
We are consultants, manufacturers and installers of building interiors for sectors with particular demands. Our services are accessed by organisations, construction firms, main contractors and architects within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, hotels and leisure, among others.
Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch & 30 min break)
