Hardware Design Engineer

Would you like to be a part of a market leading telecommunications organisation, responsible for linking countries all over the world with their undersea transmission systems?

My client have an opening for a Hardware Design Engineer, initially for 6 months with a likely extension and potential to go permanent.

Based in South East London, you’d be working with an established team of engineers.

Responsibilities:
Product development within the following Electrical \ Electronic engineering disciplines:
High Voltage components and circuit design / PCBs
Power Electronics
Closed loop control
Analogue and digital circuit design
A to D and D to A techniques

Required skills:
Electrical / Electronics Engineering Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant R&D, preferably with experience of manufacturing.
Good understanding of general electrical/electronic and mechanical engineering principles.
Good communication skills.
