Training:
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner, apprentices will attend bi-weekly classes.
Apprenticeships are made up of the Diploma plus Functional Skills in maths and English and Paediatric First Aid certificate.
Training Outcome:
Learners can use this qualification to go into various care roles. You could progress onto the advanced apprenticeship and work your way up in the nursery going into team leading and management roles.
You could also use your experience to go into teaching, nursing, midwifery, play work and social work. There are many directions you can go with your apprenticeship should you wish.

We are a unique, privately owned, children’s day nursery and holiday club which opened in January 1995. The Nursery began as a sole Trader and in 2007 became a Limited company. The Nursery is now a family run business alongside the owner’s three children.
Toad Hall Nursery is located two miles from Wokingham and can be approached from Barkham Road or Finchampstead Road along Evendons Lane and is very accessible from Wokingham and surrounding areas.
We are set in two acres surrounded by farm land and offer children a beautiful natural environment which gives them a safe and stimulating environment in which to develop and learn through their early years.
Our aim is to provide high quality child care early years learning experiences whilst retaining a personal service and friendly atmosphere.
At Toad Hall Nursery we demand exceptionally high standards from our staff. In order to maintain this standard and retain 80% trained staff levels and work on the recommended Ofsted staff to child ratios:

Working in an exciting and busy environment the Customer Service Advisor Apprentice will be the front-line support for the busy service department.
The Apprentice will keep in close contact with the management staff at the dealership to update them on current customer affairs and relations.
The apprentice’s role will include the following:
Dealing with customers both face-to-face and by telephone
To process and solve customer service complaints
Look to promote continuous improvement in customer service
Training:Apprentices will be working and will be trained within the dealership and a skills coach will visit at least every 28 days as a part of a close support network to ensure that Apprentices are both enjoying and succeeding in their course.
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard

The apprenticeship will take a minimum of 12 months to complete.Training Outcome:
A full-time career within the automotive industry with many opportunities to progress to positions of authority within the dealership
Future prospects are endless by having a highly regarded set of skills, Apprentices can go on to develop their career within any other areas of commerce they may be interested in
Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level

Training Outcome:
Buxted offer further training i.e. Groundworker Level 3. Buxted offer career progression, several of our foreman and machine operators started as apprenticeships.

With a secure fingerprint entry system and air-conditioned playrooms, the setting offers places for 45 children aged 3 months - 5 years.
