Administrative support for both the build and customer service
Take calls for customer service and assist with logging customer defects
Update build programmes / build progress on coins and ASTA - training will be given
Compile construction weekly reports
Organise meetings and take minutes
Have access to NHBC reports
Be able to type shorthand and take instructions to write to both internal employees and subcontractors
Support with general office administration, including filling, scanning
Training:An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation.
