Your Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, person-centred care, including personal care, medication, mobility support, meal preparation, and light household tasks.
Support clients in rebuilding skills and confidence, promoting independence at every stage of recovery.
Assess changing care needs in collaboration with the wider health and social care team.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in health & social care
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care (preference)
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with professionals across multiple disciplines

About You:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on domiciliary care experience (essential)
Proven experience in rota planning, rostering, or scheduling (desirable)
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner
Confident using care management or rostering software (training will be provided)
Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the maintenance, care and removal of trees and shrubs
Learn to identify tree species and assess their health and safety
Perform pruning, trimming and planting of trees under supervision
Safely operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, woodchippers, and climbing gear. (These tickets will be provided throughout the apprenticeship)
Assist with tree climbing and aerial lift operations
Learn and follow industry safety standards and procedures
Clean up job sites including the removal of debris and wood
Support the arborist team in diagnosing tree diseases, pests, and other health concerns
Requirements:
A genuine interest in tree care and the environment
Willingness to learn and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
Basic understanding of tools and machinery (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and a safety conscious mindset
Ability to work well as part of a team

Support the Data & Analytics Manager generating and analysing data and trend analysis across a selection of data and information sets to provide a broad range of insights
Providing reporting and analysis of information on specific topics as requested by the D&A Manager
Maintains the data structure and standards for EMCOR systems in conjunction with the application/data owners, or subject matters ie Health and Safety, Asset Management and Finance

You will be a motivated and reliable Electrical Apprentice to support our experienced electricians in delivering practical electrical solutions across a variety of projects. Gaining valuable hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while completing a Level 3 Installation or Maintenance Electrician Apprenticeship, a nationally recognised qualification.
What you'll do:
Assist qualified electricians with the installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, systems, equipment, and fixtures in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
Support the assembly, installation, and connection of electrical components such as panels, lighting systems, outlets, circuit breakers, transformers, and appliances.
Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit accurately using appropriate hand and power tools.
Read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and job specifications.
Help diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning electrical systems and components using test equipment to locate faults and support effective repairs.
