In year 1, Apprentices will spend 3 days studying at university and 2 days developing in school. They will build progressively from TA support initially to 40% teaching timetable by the end of year 2.
In year 2 and 3, they will spend 3 days in the school and 2 days studying at university. Gradually building their teaching commitment to 60% timetable.
In year 4, Apprentices will spend 4 days at school with one further day at University. Their teaching commitment will increase to 80% in preparation for successful completion and QTS accreditation.
Teacher apprentices in year 1 will observe and reflect upon practices used by a range of staff predominantly in their specialist subject, but will also receive excellent support and training in reflecting on practises of pedagogy that are transferable in different subjects.
They will experience a range of different other roles of the teacher including the work of the pastoral team, SEN and inclusion departments.
Teacher apprentices will have a timetable progressively planned to support their development and build their confidence, skill set and ability to teach across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 by year 4.
Training:
Teacher apprentices will receive a full teaching degree (BA/hons) through Staffordshire University. Qualified teacher stats (QTS) will be awarded alongside this degree allowing them to be a fully qualified teacher by the end of their apprenticeship.

Your duties;
You will work on live client projects.
You will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals to develop your skills and advance your career.
You will be completing bookkeeping and general accounting tasks, while also working with the projects team.
You will deliver high-quality systems integrations to clients using software such as Unleashed, Xero, and A2X.
You will be required to be in contact with clients, handling their support queries and issues, this will involve face-to-face, using video calls, over the phone, and via email.
Training:Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship Level 3 - AAT This Level 3 programme builds on the foundations for entry level talent to support growth within an Accountancy and Finance function. Employees on this apprenticeship will ensure an Accountancy and Finance practice performs in the most effective way. It includes the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and provides the opportunity for them to support the business with essential skills and behaviours to drive results. You will learn how to prepare financial statements for Sole Traders and Partnerships, the importance of management accounting information, and how to prepare VAT returns. You’ll develop the technical skills to start, or progress, your career in accountancy and this will allow you to continue with your studies onto Level 4. EV Charger Setup: Inspect and set up Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers
Energy Monitoring Systems: Assist with the installation and connection of Eco Structure Asset Advisor systems to monitor energy usage and efficiency
Backup Power and Cooling Systems: Set up and maintain backup power systems, cooling systems, switchgear (electrical distribution), and transformers
Equipment Updates and Repairs: Update and repair existing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance
Maintenance Support: Assist maintenance and inspection teams with their tasks to ensure equipment reliability
Site Risk Assessments: Carry out risk assessments on site and complete safety documents to ensure a safe working environment
Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and Service Manager to support customer projects effectively.
Testing and Reporting: Record test results and create detailed reports on work completed at the site
