GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely. There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III). The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Package, label, and store products.
Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Machine Operator: 0 years of experience
Machine Operator II: 1+ Years of experience
Machine Operator III: 3+ Years of experience
Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift certification preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEND Schools Commissioning & Delivery Lead to take charge of developing new SEN educational facilities/schools, managing all pre-opening activities to ensure the infrastructure is fully ready for occupation
Our client already has buildings therefore you’d play a key role guiding each project from early planning through to operational mobilisation. Bridging the gap between educational strategy, infrastructure and pupil placement for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Our client is based in Bromley, Kent; however the role will involve some travel in South East England. The role is ideal for a professional with previous experience in commissioning and project delivery within education, SEND or children’s services
As the Schools Commissioning & Delivery Lead your key responsibilities include:
Lead day to day project management across planning, design, regulatory submissions and mobilisation
Coordinate feasibility studies, timelines, risk logs and delivery plans
Work closely with architects, contractors, local authorities and internal teams
Support the development of operational frameworks, staffing models, policies and systems
Ensure compliance with SEND Code of Practice, safeguarding requirements and Ofsted expectations
Prepare project documentation, progress reports and readiness assessments
Support pre‑opening activities
Ensure each school project is delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience delivering complex and detailed projects in education, SEN, social care or a related field
Strong understanding of SEND legislation, commissioning, and regulatory processes
Knowledge of Ofsted requirements
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Confidence working with multi agency partners and senior stakeholders
A proactive, solutions focused approach
A commitment to inclusive, child centred practice
**To be considered for this position you must have previous experience in commissioning and project delivery within education, SEND or children’s services**
The successful School Commissioning/Delivery Lead will receive an amazing salary of £65,000 - £72,000 per annum DOE. This exciting role is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
25 Days holiday plus bank holidays

We are Looking for a Locum Supervising Social Worker to join our Fostering Service.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
About the team
This is a close-knit team who are responsible for undertaking high quality assessments that ensure the best placements for the most vulnerable children in the service. The team are also expected to complete unannounced visits to foster carers, ensuring that the safety of the child or children are paramount. Managing complex situations effectively and efficiently is key to the success of this role.
About you
The ideal candidate will have sound understanding and experience of undertaking supervision of foster carers as well as working with Children and Families ensuring the best outcome for the child. Other relevant experience such as Looked After Children and Leaving Care will also be helpful in being successful in this role. A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years’ experience working in a Children setting are essential for this position.

We are looking for a Social Worker to join our Children’s and Families Team
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in Frontline Work
About the team
The team makes decisions and performs statutory functions to ensure the correct outcomes for children and their families are achieved. They do this by working with children from a range of services, such as CIN (Children in Need) and CP (Child Protection), and due to holding court cases, a few of the children are also in LAC (Looked After Children). Experience with PLO cases would be desirable but not essential.
About you
Knowledge and experience working within a fast-paced Frontline Team such as Child protection and Referral and assessment is essential for this role. You will also hold a degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) As well as 3 years post qualifying experience.
You will need to have a Social Work England registration and access to your own vehicle.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting adults with learning disabilities, contributing to reviews and coordinating person-centred support planning.
Complete Care Act 2014 assessments, reviews and support plans, ensuring eligible needs are met in the least restrictive way and independence is promoted.
Undertake mental capacity assessments and best interests decision-making under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, including complex decisions relating to care, residence and finances.
Extensive joint working with health, providers and families, coordinating packages of support across supported living, residential and community settings.
Manage safeguarding concerns under Section 42 of the Care Act 2014, applying Making Safeguarding Personal throughout.
A role suited to a social worker confident in the Care Act, the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS, multi-agency coordination, and person-centred, strengths-based practice.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. Experience within a learning disability or community adults setting is desirable.
