The Role
We are looking for a number of retail merchandisers to add to our already successful team.

You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management. You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
Supporting the store where necessary with replenishment.
Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Access to the work available will be on your smartphone, via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Travelling maybe involved when local work is not available. Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
An eye for detail.
General level of fitness as manual handling and lifting will be involved.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in retail, although training will be provided.
Problem solving and a 'can do' attitude.

Are you a Prep Technician, Paint Technician, Bodyshop Technician looking for the next step in your career? Or do you have some existing experience in car body repair, SMART repair, paint preparation or vehicle cosmetic repairs and want to take your skills to the next level?
We’re ideally looking for a Trainee / Improver Smart Repair Technician or a Car Body Repair Technician that would like to swap to a mobile role and learn SMART Repair and Alloy Wheel refurbishment.
If you have the basics and a passion for vehicle repair, we’ll provide the training, mentoring and hands-on experience needed to develop you into a highly skilled Mobile Smart Repair Technician.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learning to carry out:
SMART Repairs
Minor Dent & Scratch Repairs
Paint Repairs & Paint Rectification
Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
Cosmetic Vehicle Repairs
Mobile repairs at customer locations
Delivering excellent customer service
Maintaining your van, tools and equipment
As your experience grows, you’ll take on your own jobs and develop into a fully qualified Mobile Smart Repair Technician.

You’ll need
Basic experience in vehicle body repair or cosmetic repairs
A willingness to learn and develop

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good customer service skills
A Full UK Driving Licence
Previous bodyshop experience or a relevant qualification is beneficial but not essential.
