You’ll be out at the restaurants, dealing with maintenance issues, working with vendors, keeping equipment in shape, and making sure small problems don’t turn into big ones.About You
2+ years of facilities or maintenance experience, ideally across multiple locations.Comfortable with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, furniture repairs, and general maintenance.Have experience working with vendors and contractors.Organized and able to keep on top of multiple locations and priorities.A practical, reliable person who likes getting things sorted.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
What You’ll Do
Keep up with preventative maintenance across all locations and company vehicles.Jump in on repairs and coordinate outside vendors when needed.Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers while keeping an eye on costs.Make sure equipment, cameras, alarms, and access systems are working properly.Visit locations regularly, spot issues early, and keep maintenance records and procedures up to date.
