The successful candidate will have strong experience in customer service and complaint resolution, particularly in a housing or construction-related environment. Mon-Thurs: 0745hrs to 1610hrs – 10min paid tea break, 25 min unpaid lunch breakFri: 0745hrs to 1245hrs – 10 min paid tea break
