Title: Technician - Industrial Coatings
Location: St. Louis, MO
Summary:
Join our Research & Development team and play a hands-on role in developing and improving corrosion-resistant coatings, linings, and fireproofing products. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced lab professionals to support day-to-day operations, contribute to product development, and help ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of at least one year of college-level chemistry coursework or 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience preferred.
Must pass a Jaeger Eye Test.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Exposure to various chemicals, including but not limited to amines, polyamides, isocyanates, epoxies, alkyds, acrylics, and certain inorganic compounds.
Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
Must be able to pass an annual respirator medical evaluation and pulmonary function test in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Essential Functions:
Operate laboratory instruments and equipment while following established testing procedures.
Maintain accurate, organized laboratory notes and documentation; assist with report writing as needed.
Conduct quality control testing, grade test panels, and collect data for product evaluation and troubleshooting.
Utilize laboratory computer systems for reporting, formula calculations, graphics, and inventory tracking.
Support the preparation and evaluation of lab-scale batches according to prescribed formulas.
Learn and apply coating techniques using spray, roller, and brush methods.
Reference and follow Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for raw materials and finished goods.
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality procedures, including proper use of PPE and hazardous material handling.
Proactively identify hazards, support injury prevention efforts, and report incidents promptly.
Collaborate positively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners.
Complete required training (including RCRA Hazardous Waste and Contingency Plan) and apply it in daily work.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to company safety and quality standards.

Title: Supply Planning Quality Manager
Location: St. Louis, MO (On-Site)
Summary:
The Supply Planning Quality Manager drives continuous improvement, process standardization, and governance across supply planning operations. This role serves as the subject matter expert for supply planning processes, inventory optimization, and Infor ERP systems, helping improve efficiency, reduce inventory, and support operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or process improvement.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and governance practices.
Experience developing and standardizing business processes and SOPs.
Expertise with Infor LN ERP, including planning, MRP, inventory, and reporting functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
This position routinely uses standard office equipment and requires extended computer use of up to 8 hours per day.
Minimal physical activity is required, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Essential Functions:
Champion continuous improvement efforts across supply planning processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.
Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, process documentation, and planning standards.
Drive consistency and governance by standardizing supply planning practices across the organization.
Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT to streamline planning workflows and improve performance.
Serve as the subject matter expert for supply planning, inventory optimization, and Infor LN ERP functionality.
Identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities, then implement sustainable solutions.
Lead inventory optimization initiatives focused on reducing Days of Inventory (DOI), improving working capital, and maintaining service level goals.
Monitor and analyze key planning metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
Leverage Infor LN expertise to maximize system capabilities, drive adoption, and support ongoing enhancements.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues, improve configurations, and increase automation opportunities.
Train, coach, and support planning teams on best practices, processes, and system utilization.
Support strategic supply chain initiatives and special projects that drive operational excellence.
Support and actively promote the Company's safety and quality programs.

You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 25 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
