Training:
You will complete a variety of induction training to settle you in and then begin your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
If there is a need for you to complete English and/or maths at Level 2 Functional Skills, this will form part of your apprenticeship programme
Training will be scheduled in line with working pattern
Training Outcome:
The Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship is a gateway to further career opportunities, such as administration, management or senior support roles
Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

This role will support the SEND Department to deliver high-quality support to students. Typical duties will include:
• Reception duties, greeting and signing in visitors, answering telephone calls, typing, filing, photocopying and general office duties • To prepare refreshments for visitors • Set up meetings which include room booking, refreshments and diary management • Deliver, sort and retrieve daily post for the academy • Assist with the archive procedure and process • Maintaining and ordering stationery stock • To receive, allocate and deal with incoming queries and ensuring the correct signposting • Support members of the leadership, teaching and support with general administrative work which includes the use of all Microsoft packages • Additional duties required within the general scope of their role as determined by your Line Manager • To assist with admin for other departments across the academy.Training:Training will take place via monthly workshops at the Priory Federation of Academies, LN5 8RE.
