GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The 3rd Shift Certified Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment. Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g., Hot Work, LOTO, and line breaking).
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure.
Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of the PM program.
Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e., HVAC, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Hot Oil Heaters, and chiller systems).
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace, and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g. programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, and lighting) and components (e.g. sensors, switches, valves, PLCs, and control wiring), and mechanical systems (e.g. product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components.
Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose and troubleshoot faulty operation.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in arranging and coordinating contractors, safety permits, and tasks to support facility and process maintenance/repairs.
Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
One-year certificate from college or technical school.
Maintenance Mechanic Certificate or equivalent as deemed by the company.
Industrial Technology program graduate preferred.
Two to four years related experience and/or training.
Experience in LEAN manufacturing.
Military mechanical experience is a plus.
Experience in chemical/coating processing & production preferred.
Experience in dispensing operations preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Journeyman cards in various disciplines are preferred.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Starting in the Felt Department or Roofing Department of the East 80th Cleveland Manufacturing Plant, the Operator will start up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely, while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications. This position can turn into a regular, full-time, union position if the employee completes the probationary period. During the probationary period, this position will work on the 1st Shift. If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on the Plant's needs.
3-SHIFT FACILITY:
1st Shift: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Shift Differential of $0.75)
3rd Shift: 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. (Shift Differential of $1.00)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs work safely, according to safety rules and guidelines, and follows Tremco's Escalation Policy for any safety or quality concerns.
Communicates with Team Lead and/or Supervisor during shift changes and throughout shift.
Understands and operates the HMI at the various stations along the line to keep the line operating safely and efficiently.
Monitors weight, speed, and other metrics along the line.
Operates forklift to move raw materials, load carrier, and move finished product.
Makes raw material batches in the appropriate mixer(s), according to specifications.
Performs quality control tests on the batches, per established guidelines.
Ensures proper labels are being used on the taping machine.
Fills appropriate-sized pails, drums, or totes, labels filled items, and places pails/drums on pallet.
Performs daily housekeeping/cleaning of immediate area and other surrounding areas and departments, as needed.
Performs other duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
No prior education or experience required.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or similar industry experience preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic knowledge of mathematics-i.e., addition, subtraction, fractions, etc.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions.
Forklift Certificate and operations experience preferred.

The Sr Pricing Specialist (SAP) is part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operations surrounding the SAP Product Database which includes but is not limited to: setting-up and maintaining products in the retail market and constantly documenting and improving data integrity, being a proactive team member in introducing and assessing new operational processes, and responding to and assisting internal customers with their data-related requests.

Compile, schedule and review SAP Pricing Load List annually or as needed
Assist and provide back up for roofing price book creation and maintenance (including cooperative and Grainger pricing)
Execute loads for special roofing pricing (insulation and material price groups) and TCMC (Corsicana, Texas manufacturing plant) approved pricing.
Assist and provide back up for commission tables (including product hierarchy creation, ZCORE and SM30 loads)
Provide support SAP product set-up issues and resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Lead and execute on related projects including but not limited to:
Actively participate in the development and execution of project solutions.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure project scope and timelines are met.
Develop and manage project charters and project plans, adjusting where needed.
Maintain 'change requests, risks, actions, issues, and decisions' (CRAID) logs to analyze and manage risks relative to project success, track items, and ensure task completion.
Maintain project documentation and organize project files.
Provide regular and substantive updates to the project team and other stakeholders.
Perform regular product data quality controls to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in improving existing processes and procedures to enhance speed and accuracy and provide top quality documentation.
EDUCATION:
Associate's degree or related SAP certification.
EXPERIENCE:
Two years related experience working in SAP or related software with responsibility for setting up new elements and ensuring data accuracy/integrity.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Batch Maker is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card. This position maintains area readiness to produce. This includes safety, and the collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials. Once a batch is complete, the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specifications are met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
We are currently looking for an individual to fill a Temporary Batch Maker position at our manufacturing plant in Medina, Ohio. If the employee meets certain criteria over a period, this position could become a regular full-time position.

Handles batch-making responsibilities in all departments.
Trained to make all formulations- i.e., Roof coating, Latex, and Solvent departments.
Responsible for housekeeping in the work area.
Reports raw material/equipment needs to the Production Manager.

Euclid Chemical is seeking a Quality Control Technician to oversee material testing for concrete repair products in Euclid Chemical's Powder Department. This role includes evaluating product conformity, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining a professional image when interacting with customers, management, sales, and internal teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform routine batch-specific quality control tests; including slump, flow, set time, & compressive strength
Responsible for cleaning, calibrating, and maintaining QC equipment
Maintain good housekeeping in the lab and project a clean quality image
Document test results accurately and maintain QC logs and batch records in compliance with internal and external standards
Work with a team to perform root-cause-analysis and develop corrective actions
Work with Plant R&D on any quality issues identified
Assist with the creation, distribution, and processing of department operation documents
Executes ISO 9001 requirements within areas of responsibility
Perform MS-168 functions within areas of responsibility
Perform all duties in accordance with Health and Safety Protocols and company policies.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Concrete testing experience is a plus
IT Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work the following shift : 6am-2:30pm and flexible to work overtime & other shifts as determined by the needs of the business- including longer shifts and weekends
Physical requirements: The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance. Must be capable of sitting, standing, lifting and walking for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Cost Analyst (Sr) analyzes costs, prepares reports, and supports management in making informed decisions, particularly regarding production and inventory. The analyst will monitor and analyze inventory valuation, production costs, and variances between actual and standard costs and contribute to cost modeling for new technologies and requests for information (RFIs).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manufacturing Analysis and Reporting:
Provide regular forecasting on costs of goods sold (COGS) including standard cost, purchase price variance (PPV), production order, and manufacturing variances.
Produce executive summaries, plant metric reports, volume reports by plant as well as analysis of inventory accuracy, facility cycle counts and physical inventory adjustments.
Prepare inventory reconciliation for all plants/warehouses; report changes to inventory and effects on the financial performance of the business.
Provide plant management teams with financial data as required.
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing activities:
Prepare monthly journal entries including slow moving, obsolete, and distressed inventory.
Track and review all manufacturing spend; propose reclassification entries or accruals as necessary and note anomalies for management.
Perform quarterly inventory revaluation price test of inventory for all plants/warehouses.
Prepare monthly currency exchange reconciliation.
Reconcile cost of sales numbers.
Liaise with internal/external auditors for quarterly and annual audits.
Product Cost Development and Analysis:
Perform daily cost runs and validate accuracy of costs on a timely basis.
Analyze process order variances and work with plants to correct any errors.
Review purchase price variance accounts and work with purchasing and plants to correct any errors.
Perform annual cost role for all products at each plant/warehouse.
Annual Budgeting:
Work directly with plant management on annual budgets including assumptions, data validation, and variance analysis; load plan to various financial systems, as necessary.
Aide in planning cost of sales components.
Prepare financial exhibits and variance schedules as required.
Calculate annual labor and overhead rates for all cost centers.
Prepare and schedule assessment with new year plan percentages.
Assist in special projects as assigned.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
CPA or CMA a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of SAP, HFM, Hyperion Planning required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite with advanced understanding of Excel.
Must possess high level analytical skills and ability to recognize trends and errors and explain/correct them.
Must be action oriented and have the ability to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently, must proactively manage workload, and adhere to deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak with all levels of the organization.
