Product knowledge is not essential for this role, however we seek individuals with a nose for increasing sales, developing customer spends and increasing order values through asking great questions. 1st class customer service skills are centric to this role, with a possible long term ambition to move into a field based sales role over time.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Midlands, within a reasonable commute of their Nuneaton office. The ideal candidate should have experience in installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing manual metal cutting machinery, with skills in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. The Role - Machine Tool Fitter:

Training will be via TEAMS every two weeks with the following:
Initial onboarding day at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire college Hinkley Road Nuneaton CV11 6BH.
One week induction Monday - Thursday 09.30 - 16.00 on campus at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire college Hinkley Road Nuneaton CV11 6BH.
