RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is looking for 2nd Shift Aerosol Line Operators (Shift Differential). $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for filling production batches into aerosol containers as indicated on batch tickets. Performs routine maintenance and makes mechanical or electrical adjustments or repairs to production line machines as needed.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Locate proper product and filling items such as cans, lids, labels, etc. to fill aerosol containers per batch ticket instructions.
Set up all equipment on filling line and make changeovers for filling new batch ticket orders.
Review finished order for final counts on product and fill rates.
Maintain neat and orderly work area.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Drain tank/vat of remaining batch material
Scrape and/or scrub interior of tank/vat to remove residue
Use appropriate cleaning solvent to clean tank/vat
Remove residue and cleaning solvent from tank/vat with squeegees, pump and/or suction hoses
Dry tank/vat
Inspect tank/vat to ensure no chance of contamination before authorizing tank/vat for use
Empty used cleaning solvent into appropriate used wash drum
Maintain used wash drum area by tracking amount of wash in drum and replacing filled drums
Apply proper labeling to empty wash drums to prepare for use
Maintain log of used cleaning solvents (wash)
Assist in Filling area as needed
Maintain neat and orderly work area

Check inventory of machine tape, hot glue, UPC labels, box labels, ribbons, pallets, etc.
Order materials and maintain supplies necessary for the daily running of materials, such as cans, boxes, lids, pallet ship sheets, etc.
Maintain supplies for filling line, such as empty cans, boxes, etc. and operate forklift to manage supply of materials to line
Move full pallets of finished material to pallet wrappers and wrap with shrink wrap.
Move completed pallets to shipping staging areas

You will develop and use stewardship tools to guide supporters through their individual giving journey, including cultivation plans, proposals and reports, managing donor communications and nurturing our community of support.
The Fundraising Manager will report to and work under the direction of the Head of Marketing, Communications & Development.
Main Responsibilities but not limited to:-
Develop a Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Communications and Development, to include individual giving, regular giving, legacies, partnerships and a supporter scheme.
Develop and manage an Individual Giving Programme, using multiple forms of donor acquisition, ensuring high quality donor care and the achievement of agreed targets.
Work with the Head of Marketing, Communications and Development to develop a Legacy Programme, managing the delivery of multichannel activities aiming to recruit, develop and maintain relationships with the public and our supporters for Legacy prospecting and outcomes.
Support the development of a major donor portfolio, ensuring successful engagement of high-level individual donors with a view to securing major gifts.
Manage the development and implementation of our corporate fundraising programme, building on current partnerships and securing new relationships with a range of partners.
Develop fundraising content and materials for a wide range of audiences and fundraising initiatives, ensuring that individual giving messaging is embedded across all touchpoints.
Plan and manage the delivery of major fundraising appeals and campaigns, including the management and delivery of fundraising events where appropriate.
Support the implementation and management of a fundraising database, ensuring high quality of data input and reporting.
Manage the fundraising budget in line with objectives and KPIs, reporting monthly to the Head of Marketing, Communications and Development.
Oversee donor communications and ensure excellent donor stewardship, including regular updates and responding to individual donor enquiries in a timely manner.
Develop, implement and manage supporter schemes for individuals and corporates, including recruitment, stewardship and the delivery of events.
Work alongside the Head of Marketing, Communications & Development to build and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing partners and donors to drive sustainable growth and maintain high levels of engagement.
Occasional joint working with colleagues at the St Laurence Education Trust on collaborative fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
Represent AAT at relevant networking events and conferences alongside the Head of Marketing, Communications and Development, to expand networks, gather market insights, and increase the organisation's community of support.
Ensure staff and volunteers have the information they need to deliver on their roles and support the overall fundraising strategy
Ensure all fundraising opportunities and applications align with, and are sensitive to, the Abbey's mission, values and monastic identity.
Ensure all fundraising activities are fully compliant, including data protection, Gift Aid, fundraising law and other relevance compliance issues.
Undertake any other reasonable duties required in line with capabilities, the needs of the company, and the wider group.
Experience

Experienced fundraiser with 5+ years' experience
Experience of fundraising in a charity context
Experience of managing individual giving campaigns, including regular giving and legacies
