Responsible for raw material storage area and accumulating raw materials for batching purposes.
Essential Functions
Assume control of "QC Approved" materials from Receiving Department, storing them in the appropriate bin location.
Accumulate material as needed to make a specific batch of Work in Process.

Primarily responsible for lab testing and field trials for new product development, field training of TM's and installers on product installations and system set up and maintenance. Also acts as a technical liaison for field personnel and various internal departments.

A Cross-Functional role responsible for overseeing projects, creating or updating processes, and assisting in resolving facility issues through our New Jersey Operations facilities. This position will possibly support our Indiana Operations and other Stonhard facilities as the need arises.
Process Engineering
Analyze current production data.
Have a hands-on approach to determine solutions to everyday plant issues.
Work with Maintenance, Plant Engineers and other departments to execute solutions safely, efficiently, and expeditiously.
Improve manufacturing performance, efficiency, and promote overall plant safety.
Become a subject matter expert (SME) on key pieces of manufacturing equipment and analytical process tools.
Provide technical knowledge and support for all site operations, and train employees on new manufacturing practices as needed.
Evaluate existing operations by conducting process analysis, time studies, bottle neck analysis, process hazard analysis, etc., utilizing Lean and Six Sigma Tools.
Engage with operators to find areas of improvement, working closely with Continuous Improvement in assisting in determining the best options for process improvement tactics.
Analyze problems to determine root causes. Propose solutions to overcome and correct problems for permanent solutions and analyze output under new practices.
Project Management
Create engineering solutions to problems related to our manufacturing process and facility needs. Utilize sound engineering principles to create these solutions. Work with suppliers and other outside resources to develop the solution into an executable project.
Evaluate cost analysis and ROI analysis for proposed solutions to determine capital project validity.
Prepare capital project documentation for submission and review.
Work with purchasing as required to facilitate projects.
Manage the economics and delivery of assigned capital projects to completion.

Maintains uniform and consistent expectations in accordance with all manufacturing and company standards and policies. Ensures time and attendance of employees is accurate and employees are held accountable to the attendance policy. Approve timecards daily.
Ensures Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions are followed and updated as necessary. Ensures all workers complete the required paperwork, expectations are communicated, and deviations to standards are analyzed and reported with corrective actions set to improve performance.
Updates Daily Management Boards, communicating plant performance to employees and key departments. Utilizes resources in the most efficient manner, planning daily work assigned based on priorities. Escalate issues/concerns needing support.
Develops, trains, educates, and coaches employees. Creates, updates, and maintains new-hire on-boarding. Completes 30, 60, 90 reviews for all new hires, as well as 6 months and annual review with all employees. Ensures all employees are current on RPM and Stonhard training, and documents employee training records.
Participates and has an active role in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, such as an understanding of OEE and how to drive improvements to increase efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
HS diploma required.
3-5 years' direct experience in a chemical manufacturing environment. Batch processing experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience with ERP systems; preferably BAAN LN.
Excellent communication skills.

Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency.
Must be capable of lifting between 25-70 lbs.
This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.

A well-established dental practice in Masterton is seeking an experienced private dentist to join their supportive and collaborative clinical team.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm in a busy modern clinic with an established patient base. The practice provides a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures and emergency care, with particular strength in oral surgery, endodontics and periodontics.
The clinic is well equipped with modern technology including rotary endodontics, intraoral cameras and scanners, OPG imaging, digital x-rays, Airflow systems and surgical motors. These facilities allow clinicians to provide efficient, high-quality patient care across a broad range of procedures.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor. Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects. WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly. Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500. Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep. Monitor and manage the Field Reps. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Ability to read, write, and speak English. 30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
