Lead catering sales and event planning across the propertyDevelop new business while maintaining existing client relationshipsDrive revenue and manage the catering sales budgetHandle proposals, pricing, contracts and event negotiationsOversee a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, golf tournaments and private celebrationsWork closely with the General Manager and Food & Beverage team to ensure successful eventsDevelop creative menus and event packages to maximize sales opportunitiesProvide regular sales and event updates to senior leadership
Ideal Candidate
