Essential skills needed for CMM Inspector

- In depth knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Confident with alternate controls software to create programs for inspection
- Working knowledge of Mitutoyo CMMS using COSMOS Platform *Desirable*
- PC-DMIS platform *Desirable*

The successful CNC Turner will have a proven background of ensuring the best manufacturing techniques are carried out within the Integrex Machine Shop by practical application of the most appropriate methods of programming, setting and operation of the machine tools and to stimulate an atmosphere of continuous improvement.

- 3+ years of previous Mill/Turn experience within a high precision manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and use of manual measuring equipment
- Understanding of drawing tolerances and specifications

Our client, a busy Accident Repair Centre in the New Milton area, is looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fitter.
Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:
- Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
- Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed
- To report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as its identified
- Have a good level of efficiency and attention to detail
- Be able to work in a team and as an individual
Minimum Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:
- Time served and/or qualified to city & guilds or NVQ level
- Have Previous experience as an MET Technician

The Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join an established Accident Repair Centre in the New Milton area.
To be considered for this role you must be currently working in an accident repair centre in an identical role or have done so in the last 3 years. You must have working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software) and ideally hold an ATA VDA
Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
- Use computerised estimating systems
- Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
- Liaise regularly with insurance engineers
- Contact customers to provide updates
Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
