Training:Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
Majority of the training will take place at Severn Arts in Worcester
College sessions will take place one day a month at the Worcester Campus and online weekly sessions in the work place
Training Outcome:
There may be the possibility of a permanent role within the team at the end of the apprenticeship depending on business need and circumstances

We lead Herefordshire and Worcestershire's Music Education Hub, funded by Arts Council England, teaching music in all types of education settings, on our travelling Music Box and in our music groups, bands and orchestras which meet outside of school.

Seasonal maintenance work relating to pitches and the estate
Working with the Grounds Team to delivering the maintenace program to a high standard and within the given timescales
Basic machinery maintenance
Training:
All training will be appropriate to the role and discussed with the training provider
You will work towards a Level 2 Sports Turf Operative qualification (also known as Assistant Greenkeeper)
Off-the-job training allowance of 20% will be given
The apprenticeship is typically 18-24 months
