During the first two years of the apprenticeship, you will develop skills in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting. The final two years will allow you to develop advanced diagnostic skills and repair techniques to include but not limited to:

You will be supported to work alongside our Engineers to carry out planned and unplanned maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and rebuilds of heavy plant equipment. You will be gaining valuable workplace experience whilst working towards the AAT qualification.The candidate will initially work as part of our audit and accounts team to preform individual tasks on such assignments including;Substantive testing and balance sheet verification work reporting to seniors on that assignment.
