JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY:
Responsible for supervising all processes, methodology and procedures involved in the day-to-day food production, food processing and production employee's performance. Must ensure customer satisfaction with every product produced using the most efficient methods while maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment.
KEY DUTIES & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct, lead and motivate production associates to maximize productivity and minimize operating costs
Direct and maintain production schedules to ensure on time production and delivery with resources allocated
Direct the work of and manage production leads and production operators
Interview, select, hire, and train production employees.
Direct production employees' work and maintain employee production records for use in supervision or control,
Appraise production employees' performance, complete production employees' annual evaluations, and recommend promotions as appropriate.
Handle production employee complaints
Discipline production employees as appropriate
Determine techniques to be used or improvements on operation techniques, apportion work, determine production equipment, tools. Control production flow and work distribution, and provide for employee safety,
Responsible for producing a quality product that meets all the Safety, SQF, QA, and customer regulations
Coaches, counsels, trains, and develop production employees' skills
Regularly train associates in methods of improving production processes
Prior to shift start, reviews production schedule with leads and associates to keeps them informed of any changes in product, line changes, material availability. Complete shift huddle/communication with other department Supervisors and associates
Assures that all recipes, labels, tools, and equipment are ready prior to production start
Inspects production lines regularly to ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices are followed
Makes certain that production areas are kept clean of waste, debris, and liquids to avoid safety hazards
Ensures that at the end of the shift all documentation pertinent to production: materials and counts are accurate. Completes all required information tracking and data collection
Educates associates in proactive response to down time and rapid shift and product changeovers
Maintains effective communications between the production manager and production leads. Identifies significant issues related to quality, safety, down time, production problems or any other unexpected issuesOther duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS /SKILLS:
3 years or more in a leadership capacity, experience in production, preferably in the food industry or manufacturing is preferred. (A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.)
Must be self-directed and able to work without close supervision
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
Hardworking, dependable, and safety conscious
Bilingual - English/Spanish is preferred
Certified forklift driver
Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Intern to support a structured maintenance inventory improvement project within our food production facility. This role will focus on organizing and validating maintenance spare parts while gaining hands-on experience with our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The intern will work closely with maintenance and production teams to improve inventory accuracy, equipment data integrity, and overall operational reliability in a regulated food manufacturing environment.
KEY DUTIES & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct physical inventory counts of maintenance spare parts, critical components, and consumables
Organize and label storeroom inventory in alignment with food safety and plant standards
Reconcile physical inventory with CMMS and purchasing records

This position is part of the Pricing team and reports to the Director of Pricing Analytics & Administration. The role is based in Vernon Hills, IL. Our hybrid work environment includes two (2) remote days/week.
RESPONSIBILITY
Extract and compile customer & product sales data from SAP, Power BI, Data Lake, or all applicable sources to support the overall pricing team.
Build and create profitability analytics models utilizing advanced Excel, Power Pivot and Power Query. Create impact analytics of different pricing scenarios on revenue and profitability.
Key contributor to pricing changes data compilation, impact analytics, and pricing change performance evaluation at products and accounts level.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses in support of pricing strategy, trade marketing, and product management.
Work with Director of Pricing Analytics to develop & publish periodic price reporting. Conduct tracking of pricing forecast, price realization, and price opportunity identification.
Work with Director of Pricing Analytics to conduct full lifecycle analysis to understand product value proposition, current or proposed price points, data gathering & cleansing, and deep dive advanced statistical analysis/modeling.
Support the Pricing Strategy team to understand and design complex commercial pricing models leveraging data and analytics to develop and execute pricing strategies across various categories, suppliers, and customer segments.
Support Sales teams operationally through deal support, data gathering through custom dashboard/reports development and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Informatics, or a related field required. Master's degree or advanced certifications (e.g., analytics, finance, or data science) preferred.
Experience:4+ years of progressive experience in pricing, business analytics, financial analysis, or related roles, with demonstrated success in driving data-driven decisions and supporting cross-functional initiatives
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and full Microsoft Office suite (required)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms (preferred)
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, SAP or Salesforce (preferred)
Analytical & Business Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience supporting pricing strategy, margin analysis, and financial modeling
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
