As an Apprentice you will be supported and receive training to learn and develop to fulfil the Customer Service Advisor role. You will support the company's service business by logging customer and emergency call outs and dispatching to our engineers inline with customer and company SLA’s
Duties to include:
Log and dispatch call outs raised by customer
Answer customer queries over multiple platforms (phone/email)
Ensure the timely recording of any safety incidents and customer complaints
Answer and dispatch emergency call outs
Providing support to the Branches with any callout related queries (including OOH queries)
Engage in monthly completion of Net Promoter Score .Customer surveys
General Admin and KPI reporting

Hucknall Day Nursery is a family run business that provides a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children from 0 to 4 years of age. With dedicated age-based rooms, including the Baby Room and Pre-School-Learning Room, it provides dedicated care and learning to meet children's needs. They have a supportive and friendly team that will help you throughout your apprenticeship journey.
What will I get from working with Hucknall Day Nursery?
Earn: £7.55 per hour, 40 hours per week
Experience – your hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 7.30am and 6pm.
Qualification: Early Years Educator Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.
What will my day look like?
You will be providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the nursery.
Your daily tasks will include:
Preparing and delivering activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children.
Shadowing a qualified nursery practitioner.
Attending out-of-working hours activities, e.g., training, staff meetings, parents evening, fundraising events etc.
Recording accidents and completing the relevant form.
Developing your role within the team, especially with an understanding of the role of a 'key person.'
Ensuring that mealtimes are a time of pleasant social sharing.
Washing and changing children as required.
Ensuring good standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
Ensuring a poorly child is kept calm and warm (notify management straight away).
Developing and maintaining strong partnerships and communications with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day care and early learning needs.
A minimum of 6 hours per week will be spent on apprenticeship work and training.
How does the Apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification, you'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – no classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including risk management, key person & attachment, learning & development, and more! You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
What skills/qualifications do I need?
Minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
UK Residency – must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
Team working, motivated, reliable & patient.
Positive attitude, energetic & ambitious.
What happens next?
