Opportunities across adults services in the FROME area. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team of Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will be expected to support within Adults services covering ad hoc shifts and/or full and part time roles.
About you:
A successful candidate will have experience working within the care sector, working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You must be able to show compassion and have excellent communication skills to provide the high level of care required.
Pay starts from £11.44 per hour PAYE and £14.57 per hour Umbrella
Requirements for you as a Support Worker:
Experience within social care - more than 6 months.
Experience with Epilepsy, Dysphagia and PEG feeding prefferable.
Enhanced Child and Adults DBS on the update service.
Driving license and own care due to location of services.
Shift Times for you as a Support Worker:
Monday - Sunday.
Various shift patterns.
Full or Part Time available.
Flexible Hours.

Client Requirements:
Non-verbal, uses smiles and eye gaze for communication (still learning)

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced HCA with complex care background (tracheostomy and ventilation experience preferred)
