This role involves close collaboration with internal engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, accurately implemented, and delivered to the highest standards of quality and performance.Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants throughout all stages of delivery and operations.Support tenant onboarding by gathering and integrating technical requirements into project delivery plans.Manage tenant communications regarding planned works, schedules, and potential impacts.Oversee change control and permitting processes, ensuring compliance and clear communication.Coordinate between construction and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from build to live operations.Maintain quality, safety, and reporting standards, providing documentation and post-work updatesThis role is based from our clients Frankfurt office, 5 days per week (Office Based NOT Hybrid or Home Base)
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing project management role within data centres, critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction.Strong technical understanding of MEP and CSA systems, risk management, and planned works processes (RAMS, change control).Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field; PMP or LEED AP certification is advantageous.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
