As a Children’s Support Worker, you will provide daily direct care, support, and guidance to young people promoting their safety, welfare, development, physical and emotional well-being. You will encourage independence, healthy decison making and create a safe and nurturing environment. You will promote positive, secure relationships and encourage a sense of belonging. Qualifications and Requirements:
