She requires 2:1 support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, mobility, meal preparation, feeding, and accessing the community. You will also support her with therapy programs and activities such as physiotherapy and hydrotherapy, while building a positive and engaging relationship
The role includes monitoring her health and well-being, administering medication, supporting clinical needs, and responding appropriately to any concerns. Strong communication and listening skills are essential due to her speech difficulties, and we are looking for individuals who are friendly, patient, and person-centered
