Position Summary
The Roofing Operator can work in our Felt Department or in our Roofing Department at our Cleveland, Ohio Plant. To start, this is a temporary position which can lead to a regular position after successfully completing a probationary period. They start-up, troubleshoot, and operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and routinely while achieving or exceeding standard levels of production, according to specifications. This position can turn into a regular union position if the employee completes the probationary period, successfully. During the probationary period, this position will be on 1st Shift. If the employee successfully completes the probationary period and becomes a regular employee, the position will most likely change to 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on Plant needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs work in a safe manner, according to safety rules and guidelines
Communicates with Team Lead and/or Supervisor during shift-changes and throughout shift
Understands and operates the HMI at the various stations along the line, to keep the line operating safely and efficiently
Monitors weight, speed, and other metrics along the line
Operates forklift to move raw materials, load carrier and move finished product
Makes raw material batches in the appropriate mixer(s), according to specifications
Performs quality control tests on the batches, per established guidelines
Ensures proper labels are being used on the taping machine
Fills appropriate-sized pails, drums or totes, labels filled-items and places pails/drums on pallet
Follows Tremco's Escalation Policy for any safety or quality concerns
Performs daily housekeeping/cleaning of immediate area and other surrounding areas, as needed
During line down-time, performs housekeeping duties in immediate area, other areas of the plant or assist in other departments

The Certified Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment at a commercial roofing and sealants plant in Cleveland, Ohio. The Process Engineer (Jr) provides engineering support to the assigned program and/or area to ensure the product is processed in accordance with customer and division quality requirements while maintaining production flow. Charged with developing and maintaining systems to assure that all products manufactured by the plant meet customer specifications and achieve superior and reliability levels. Responsible for investigating and implementing new process technology at the plant. The Process Engineer (Jr) is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing the plant. This position will assist the QC Lab area and all QC activities. This position is responsible for influencing the development of preventative maintenance programs at the facility and will have a significant role in capital improvement plans while assisting in work area design, plant layout, visual control and metric implementation, material flow, process tracking, and communication.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Euclid Chemical is currently seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties. This role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.
Maintain system documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools.
Train field technicians and customers on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system diagnostics.
Support General Assembly, Inventory and Logistic activities as needed.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
Additional certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus.
Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience.
Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge, or experience.
Hand, power, and measuring tools knowledge, or experience.
Mechanical knowledge, or experience.
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and technical language normally found in equipment manuals.
