PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines. The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment. Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials. Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc. Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures. Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program. Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations. Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.

No high school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
The primary result expected from the Floating Night Shift Supervisor is to supervise the people at the facility and ensure the safe manufacture of products. This position will spend a significant amount of time in the lab and on the plant floor.

Manage retain room filing and disposal. Sustain lab 5S (QC lab and retain room). Participate in product quality projects with root cause investigations and effective corrective actions with the goal of preventing customer complaints and reducing internal rework. Lead small project for quality improvement through test, data collection, and analysis. Other tasks and projects as assigned.
EDUCATION
Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in good academic standing, pursing a bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical focus preferred)

Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions. ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
Must be capable of operating basic cleaning equipment, including but not limited to, tub washer Plant #1, incinerator Plant #2, vacuum cleaners and hoses, floor buffers and scrapers and all other cleaning equipment. Must adhere to all safety and housekeeping rules. Must adhere to any Quality Process implemented by the Company.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Must have the ability to complete training programs of department, leading to Chemical Operator position. Ability to work without supervision. Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions. Must be accurate in reporting information to Foreman. Must work in a safe, neat and accurate manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Run trash compactor in Plant #2 alley. Keep alley clean. Clean tubs in Plant #1, by hand or by tub washer equipment as required. Pick up rags on a daily basis and store them in proper container. Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies. Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process. Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent. Have the ability to read, write, and speak English and to understand simple math. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must pass lift truck operator's test.

The WTI Regional Administrator is responsible to assist and support the WTI Supervisors and Foreman in the assigned region. This position ensures the regional responsibilities are managed, tracked, and executed timely. Key responsibilities include ensuring training for new hires is scheduled, reports are consolidated and communicated to the WTI Supervisor, and key metrics are tracked and communicated back to the corporate management team.
