Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team at our Cleveland Campus. This role provides technical support for Euclid Chemical construction products to distributor, contractor, and residential customers, as well as internal sales and marketing staff and design professionals. This role supports customers by phone and electronic communication, participates in customer sales training, and assists with the development of new products and technical sales tools.
The Technical Support Specialist is expected to provide high-quality service and support to both internal and external customers. This role also requires a strong commitment to continuous learning in product knowledge and industry experience.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment. Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g. Hot Work, LOTO, Confined Space),
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure,
Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of PM program,
Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e. HVAC, Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Cooling Towers, Hot Oil Heaters),
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g. programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, lighting) and components (e.g. sensors, switches, valves),
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace and maintain facility mechanical systems (e.g. product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components (e.g. piping, manual valves),
Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation,
Assist Maintenance Supervisor to arrange and coordinate contractor tasks (including equipment rental) to support facility and process maintenance/repairs,
Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions
EDUCATION

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment

Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
Skilled in welding, fabrication, and use of cutting equipment
Basic computer skills, including the use of email and maintenance
High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications or training is a plus
Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional overtime based on production and maintenance needs.

Summary
: Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a Dispenser IT Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties. Maintain & update system functional specs., documentation, and drawings.
Fielding & troubleshooting calls via phone & online support tools.
Remote training Dispenser Service Technicians on field installation, operation, and servicing of systems.
Remote or travel to on-site system pre-commissioning, commissioning, customer training, andstartup of Dispensing equipment.
Warehouse Duties: Shop maintenance, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, and cleaning.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Director of Business Development has dual responsibility for these shared functions working closely with the Tremco CPG (TCPG) Corporate Development team and regularly interfacing with RPM International Inc. This senior-level role is responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition, joint venture, partnership and divestiture opportunities as well as providing accurate and effective financial planning and analysis on assigned initiatives including the development, execution and management of the Company's forecasting process. The Financial Planning and Corporate Development Manager will oversee projects, leverage established tools and processes (established and maintained by TCPG & RPM) to identify acquisition opportunities that meet RPM's current financial and strategic criteria, execute on acquisitions and divestitures, and drive organizational integration and change.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure work is aligned with divisional practical vision and value proposition. Set priorities and ensure tasks are executed on time, and that work meets appropriate standards and is aligned with divisional practical vision and value proposition.
Conduct comprehensive market or technology studies and evaluations to demonstrate a viable connection to strategy and define a path to execution or recommendation not to proceed. Evaluation may include voice-of-customer, lab evaluations, hands-on or other types of research.
Assist TCPG leadership and the Corporate Development team with all major workstreams including:
Quarterly review and analysis of each operating segment for discussion with segment leadership and identified members of the corporate C-Suite.
Monthly review of restructuring project status.
Monthly review of growth plans for each operating segment.
Annual forecasting with review of segment objectives.
Peer performance assessment
Work with TCPG leadership and the Corporate Development team with successful execution of acquisitions and divestitures.
Directly coordinate the acquisition prospecting process including both internal resources and nurturing of external relationships with banks, brokers and intermediaries.
Coordinate corporate, operating company and external resources necessary for identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition, joint venture, partnership and divestiture opportunities.
Collaborate and communicate regularly with key stakeholders and internal/external legal teams.
Lead due diligence process, negotiate contracts and terms, establish post-closing transition, participate in integration efforts, and monitor performance to objectives.
Participate in annual Growth and Strategy conference; meet regularly with Group Presidents to understand their individual acquisition strategies, targets and criteria.
Meet the financial commitments and deliverables for corporate development group (CDG) and shared revenue.
In conjunction with the CDG, actively participate in departmental meetings, KPI development and reporting, divisional KPI report outs, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting / finance or related is required.
Public Accounting experience is desirable.
MBA is a plus.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Experience Level: 4 or more years of buy / sell merger and acquisition experience.
Previous experience in business development or other professional role that participates in business development activities such as increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, making strategic business decisions, or increasing growth in terms of business expansion
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence and/or lead large cross-functional teams.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Deep understanding of accounting concepts related to P&L, balance sheet and cash flows
Familiarity with Quality of Earnings and other diligence work products

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines. The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment. Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials. Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc. Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.

Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift.
Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units.
Follow and meet the established production schedules.
Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures.
Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program.
Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager.
Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations.
Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.

No high school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.
