Formal qualifications within Mechanical or Electrical discipline(Apprenticeship, HNC, HND, City & Guilds etc.)
Experience working on Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Mechanical components/machinery/plant
PLC Fault finding experience – ideally with Allen Bradley controls
Experience working on AC/DC Motors & Drives – ideally able to programme and fault find
Working Hours of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer: Continental Shifts – averaging 42 hours per week
4 on / 4 off – 2 days & 2 nights
Day Shift: 05:50 to 17:50
Night Shift: 17:50 to 05:50
On offer to the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
Annual Salary: £49,197.09 (including shift allowance)
Bonus Scheme: Based on production output & quality – potential to earn up to £300 per month / £3,600.00 per year
Holiday Entitlement: 34 Days per annum including public holidays
Pension Contributions: 5.25% Employer / 1.75% Employee – increased in line with the Workplace Pension Reform

A well-regarded regional practice with offices across Yorkshire is looking to bring in a New Build Conveyancer to join their busy and successful residential conveyancing department based in Cleckheaton. The firm are well-established across the region and have a really strong reputation with lots of repeat business and strong relationships with local agents. You will be working in a small team of 3 focussing on new build work but be part of a bigger residential team.
Working alongside two other fee earners you will be an experienced conveyancer with particular expertise in new build work. They provide a really high quality service to clients and really value the relationships that they have built over the years.
This role is largely office based, however some working from home days can be considered.
