Provide cover as Senior Nurse on Call as part of a rota
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Essential experience in leading ward teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A patient-focussed approach
Commitment to delivering high quality care
Experience of working with young people
Experience of working in a PICU setting would be welcomed
