Lead and oversee the delivery of health surveillance programmes in line with legal and professional standardsConduct, review, and provide sign-off for health surveillance assessmentsManage onboarding and implementation of new client programmesPrepare and approve client reports, ensuring accuracy and complianceSupervise and support health surveillance technicians, including formal sign-off of workEnsure consistent application of quality assurance processesAct as a senior point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationshipsCollaborate with account management teamsContribute to audits and continuous service improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with post-registration Occupational Health qualification or extensive occupational health experienceProven experience conducting health surveillance assessmentsQualification in audiometry and spirometryStrong understanding of occupational health legislation and best practicesExperience supervising staffExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident working to operational targetsGood IT skills and comfortable using digital systems
