Basic Salary up to £35-38k (DOE) + Bonus | OTE £42,500+ Company Car & Fuel Card Field-Based | East Kent Region Ideal locations: Canterbury, Ashford, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, Dover, Deal, Folkestone, Hythe, Sandwich, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Margate and surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised vehicle manufacturer, helping independent garages and workshops access genuine automotive parts and manufacturer-backed programmes. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of a defined territory, developing existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

The Role
As a key member of the field sales team, you'll be responsible for driving B2B sales performance across your territory, supporting the growth of a well-established automotive parts programme.
Your responsibilities will include:
Growing sales of genuine automotive parts to independent garages and workshops.
Developing strong relationships with existing customers and increasing account performance.
Identifying and converting new business opportunities within your territory.
Promoting manufacturer campaigns, initiatives, and sales promotions.
Delivering engaging sales presentations to maximise sales opportunities.
Expanding and maintaining a robust customer database to support long-term growth.
Providing exceptional customer service that strengthens customer loyalty and retention.
Planning and managing your territory effectively to maximise sales potential and productivity.
Monitoring customer activity and market opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who combines strong commercial awareness with a passion for the automotive industry.
You'll bring:
Previous experience in automotive parts sales, either within a vehicle manufacturer, dealer network, motor factor, or automotive aftermarket environment.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong business development skills and the ability to identify and win new customer accounts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A consultative sales approach with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
The confidence to present products, promotions, and sales solutions effectively.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a territory independently.
A self-motivated attitude with the drive to continually grow sales and customer engagement.
