Candidate Profile
Proven experience as Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper within an international luxury hotel or resort environment.Inspirational leadership style — approachable, engaging, and able to unite multicultural teams through motivation and example.Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a hands-on and proactive attitude.Meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of luxury brand standards.Fluent French (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is highly desirable.Impeccable personal presentation, discretion, and emotional intelligence.Strong analytical, planning, and time management abilities under pressure.
