Successful candidates will be GDC-registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.

Sourcing candidates using available media such as job boards, social media, internal and external databases, advertising and referrals
Match and select suitable candidates from applications received and screen candidates over the telephone and face-to-face
Qualifying and requalifying new and existing candidates on internal database
Gaining industry knowledge / research
Work with the Consultants and the management team to fully understand the requirements of the hiring managers
Updating/advertising vacancies on company website, social media and other necessary platforms
Headhunting/specified searches (at advanced stage)
Candidate meetings, both on and off site (at advanced stage)

Training:
Recruitment Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
13 months office-based training at the employer's location
Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
Training Outcome:
There may be the opportunity of a full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship
