An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation specialising in industrial power supplies and power electronics solutions.
This is a field-based role, working from home and travelling across the UK to visit customers, with occasional visits to the company’s office near Reading.
We are looking for an experienced technical sales professional with a strong background in power supplies, power electronics or related technologies, who can generate new business and develop long-term relationships with OEMs, manufacturers and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the industrial power supply and power electronics markets.
Build relationships with OEMs, design engineers, procurement teams and key decision-makers across the UK.
Promote a portfolio of AC/DC and DC/DC converters, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), LED drivers and bespoke power solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and understanding technical requirements through to negotiation and closing.
Grow existing customer accounts while identifying new markets and applications.
Travel throughout your territory to meet customers, working from home when not on the road, with occasional visits to the office near Reading.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in technical field sales, business development or account management.
A background in industrial power supplies, power electronics or related technologies.
Ideally, experience selling AC/DC or DC/DC power supplies, SMPS, LED drivers, battery systems or custom power solutions.
Experience selling into OEMs and sectors such as industrial automation, electronics, medical devices, instrumentation, lighting or energy.
A proven track record of generating new business and developing long-term customer relationships.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers across the UK.

The Concrete Admixture Products Group is looking for a Concrete Lab Technician to conduct chemical, engineering and physical laboratory tests primarily based on experimental designs to develop new products, improve existing products, evaluate competitive materials and analyzes test data by performing the following duties under the direct supervision of the Concrete Laboratory Manager. The successful candidate should be computer literate, a self-starter, and able to work in a team environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up laboratory equipment, clean molds and instrumentation required for tests, research, or process control.
Conducts chemical, physical, and engineering tests on experimental formulas and competitive products.
Document results of tests, analyses, and maintains lab books in an acceptable manner. Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records.
Prepares experimental products following standardized formulas or experimental procedures.
Tests and analyzes products such as concrete, cementitious repair products, grout, MCP, cement and other raw materials to determine their physical, chemical, and engineering properties.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required, with 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
