Recruitment & Resourcing Apprentice

Review applications, screen candidates and arrange interviews and registrations Complete right-to-work, referencing, onboarding and other required compliance checks Maintain accurate candidate records, documentation, availability and communication notes within the recruitment system Match suitable candidates to client vacancies, shifts and temporary assignments Communicate assignment details, pay arrangements, PPE, site rules and health and safety requirements Follow up incomplete registrations, outstanding references and periodic compliance checks Support recruitment campaigns and re-engage existing candidates about suitable opportunities Monitor new starters, respond to worker queries and escalate any concerns to consultants or management Training:Training will take place remotely and within the apprentice’s workplace at Red Rhino Resourcing. The apprentice will attend scheduled live online masterclasses, complete monthly one-to-one tutor reviews and receive protected time during working hours to apply their learning and build workplace evidence. Formal progress reviews involving the apprentice, Red Rhino and GLP Training will take place quarterly.Training Outcome:Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, the individual may progress into a Recruitment Consultant role, with potential progression to Senior Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager or Recruitment Manager, subject to performance and business requirements.Employer Description:Red Rhino Resourcing is an independent recruitment business specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment across the Transport, Logistics and Industrial sectors. Production Supervisor

Tasks PROFILE: Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Direct and coordinate production, processing, distribution, and activities of industrial organization. Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning production priorities, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances. Set and monitor product standards, examine samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
