The Role:
As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in enhancing the delivery of an outstanding occupational health (OH) service. .
Responsibilities:
* Accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for employees with musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries/disorders
* Classification of clinical MSK disorders into work-relatedness categories
* Provision of fitness-to-work reports and recommendations for role adjustments as needed
* Leadership in onsite exercise classes for MSK injury rehabilitation
* Conducting DSE assessments and offering prophylactic advice
* Recommendations to customers regarding changes/equipment after DSE assessments
* Identification of workplace hazards and assessment of their risk to MSK health
* Ergonomic risk assessments with Safety Health & Environment advisors
* Rehabilitation of staff with MSK disorders, regardless of work-relatedness
* Completion of comprehensive assessment and treatment records
* Collection of statistical data for report generation and contribution to health promotion events
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist or in a similar role.
* Experience in conducting various assessments, including ergonomics, face-to-face, and workplace evaluations.
* Knowledge of conducting DSE assessments
* Extensive knowledge of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions/injuries and treatment
* Hold a Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy.
* Possess relevant experience in the field.
* HCPC registration

* Monday - Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
* Fridays: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm (Early finish)
