COREcruitment is working with a big restaurant group in London who are looking for a Reservations Agent to join them for 7 weeks! You will be responsible for booking, converting and dealing with day-to-day guest queries via the telephone. Requirements and Responsibilities:
Dealing professionally and helpfully with guests over the telephone and live chat with expected brand quality and standards.To meet expected KPIs and conversion targets set by management.Taking and inputting reservations accurately and efficiently.Maintaining a professional and positive work ethic. Delivering excellent guest service on the phone to all guests.Achieving monthly targets set by the business.Confirming reservations accurately and efficiently.Dealing with multiple restaurants as assigned by manager.Maintaining knowledge of sites, offerings, and company values.Being positive and responsive to any guest’s requests.Informing supervisors and managers of any complaints/ comments/ perceived issues from guests and deal with where appropriate.Being flexible to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability assigned as per the business needs.Supporting on additional tasks where required.Fixed Term Contract, with potential to become permanent.

Salary up to £70,000 per annum

Things you will be doing as General Manager:
Day-to-day management of the operation
Manage and monitor work quality and guest satisfaction
Understand and explain all financial reports related to the department
Visually inspect and take action to ensure that all facilities look appealing and attractive to guests
Provide guidance for improvement and implement necessary adjustments
Evaluate, and take the necessary actions regarding guest comments & feedback
Building relationships with all guests to obtain feedback on the quality of service
Oversees the set-up of the dining and service area
You will be a great fit if you have:
A General Manager's experience in a fine-dining or Michelin-star restaurant
An eye and attention to detail
Management and Leadership skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong mathematical abilities to track financial statements
Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction
