Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups
Delivering behaviour-based teaching and support
Monitoring pupil progress

Participating in research and ongoing professional development
Supporting educational visits and activities
To be successful, you'll need:
A degree in Psychology (or be in your final year)
Experience working with children or people with disabilities through employment, volunteering, or personal experience
Confidence supporting children with complex needs
The ability to remain calm in challenging situations
A caring, patient, and positive attitude
A genuine commitment to learning and professional development
Working hours:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:45am-4:45pm
Tuesday: 8:45am-5:30pm
Friday: 8:45am-4:30pm
