About The role
You'll provide professional, compliant and client-focused mortgage and protection advice, building trusted, long-term relationships and managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond.
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs
Completing fact-finds, affordability assessments and appropriate product research
Managing mortgage and protection applications through to completion
Maintaining accurate client records and compliant file notes
Liaising with lenders, providers, solicitors, estate agents and other professionals
Keeping up to date with lender criteria, product developments and regulatory requirements
Building strong client relationships and developing repeat and referral business
Managing your own diary, workload and pipeline
About you
As the Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you'll need:
CeMAP 1, 2 and 3, Cert CII (MP), or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification
Experience providing regulated mortgage advice
Experience providing protection advice alongside mortgage recommendations
A sound understanding of mortgage products, lender criteria and regulatory environment
Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills
The confidence to work independently while contributing to the wider team
Full right to work in the UK
Suitable professional references that can be contacted and verified
Experience managing an existing client bank, developing professional referral relationships or generating new business would be advantageous

Reporting to the Digital Experience Manager, you will combine advanced digital content expertise with hands-on delivery to help ensure both channels provide high-quality, compliant and engaging experiences for clients, advisers, prospects and colleagues.
As the Senior Experience Specialist within the team, you will lead complex digital content initiatives including website page builds, campaign landing pages, content migrations and user experience improvements. You will also act as the subject matter expert for CMS and SharePoint content management, supporting the effective use of templates, reusable components, content models and design systems to create scalable and consistent digital experiences.
Skills/Experience:
Strong experience using component-based CMS platforms to create webpages, campaign landing pages and digital experiences.
Experience working with reusable templates, content models, design systems and structured content approaches.
Advanced understanding of UX, information architecture, accessibility and content design principles.
Experience leading content governance, content audit and optimisation initiatives.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.
Strong experience of SharePoint Online and CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Sitecore, Umbraco or similar.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot content presentation issues, support page assembly and work effectively with development teams on digital experience delivery.
Experience supporting website migration or digital transformation programmes.
Experience with personalisation, experimentation and conversion rate optimisation.
Experience with GA4, Microsoft Clarity and related analytics platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of complex website and intranet content initiatives, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards for accessibility, compliance, usability and quality.
Act as the senior practitioner for website and intranet content management, publishing standards and governance processes.
Support the implementation of the digital experience roadmap across website and intranet platforms.
Review and quality assure content updates and page builds prior to publication where appropriate.
Lead content migration, restructuring and content improvement programmes.
Identify opportunities to improve content structures, publishing workflows, authoring processes and governance controls.
Act as an escalation point for complex content requirements and publishing challenges.
Lead the creation of complex webpages, campaign landing pages and digital experiences using approved templates, reusable components and design systems.
Advise stakeholders on the most effective use of templates, components and page structures to achieve business objectives.
Optimise page layouts, content presentation and digital experiences using established UX and conversion best practices.
Provide technical guidance and quality assurance for page builds completed by Digital Experience Specialists.
Maintain expert knowledge of the CMS platform and ensure best practice use of available functionality.
Lead content and user journey reviews across key adviser, client, prospect and colleague journeys.
Analyse behavioural, search and engagement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain advanced knowledge of CMS platforms, SharePoint and digital publishing technologies.
Contribute to future CMS, intranet and digital experience initiatives.
Lead regular content performance reviews across website and intranet platforms.
