Propulsion Test Engineer with mechanical fitting expertise required. This position involves overseeing the design implementation, conducting Hot Fire Testing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Support in test activities across all hot fire and environmental test facilities.
Ensure comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the firing sites, including site preparation, fuel and oxidiser handling, pressure systems, instrumentation, control systems, space thruster theory, steam boiler operation, data analysis, site and system safety.
Develop test, maintenance, and setup procedures for all test activities.
Requirements
Proficiency in mechanical fitting, preferably attained through completion of an apprenticeship or relevant experience within an engineering-oriented environment.
