Helping to plan, execute and report on ad hoc and automated campaigns across the CRM channels: email, web push, SMS and on-(web)site
Creating engaging content for different channels, including emails, blogs and social media content
Managing the day-to-day website performance, including the co-ordination of content change requests
Assisting with market research, data analysis, and reporting on campaign performance
Collaborate with the MarComms team on traditional marketing activities including print, outdoor media and press releases
Supporting customer experience and passenger engagement initiatives
Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies on marketing projects
Keeping up with the latest marketing trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team
